Successive Digital strategically designed a GenAI environment leveraging AWS’s serverless architecture to establish a scalable, efficient, and secure foundation for enterprise applications. The solution featured a chatbot interface for seamless user interaction, supported by APIs routed through AWS Lambda. The processing pipeline is empowered using vector embeddings and a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture to ensure accurate, contextually relevant responses.

We also leveraged Amazon Bedrock and Claude 3/3.5 models to develop the new solution and incorporated multi-factor authentication (MFA), as well as seamless SSO integration with Azure Entra ID to enhance the data accuracy and performance of the AI solutions.

This robust setup enabled two pivotal business use cases for the client: a Document Intelligence Bot to enhance employee productivity by automating manual searches in operational manuals and a Real-Time Information Bot to streamline access to tax data, significantly reducing team workloads and response times.

  1. Document Intelligence Bot

To address the challenge of manual searches in business operation manuals, a Document Intelligence Bot was developed. This AI-powered chatbot streamlined internal processes by providing quick and precise access to relevant information. The bot leveraged multiple content formats, including PDFs, Excel files, and video materials, enhancing its versatility and accessibility. Key features included:

  • Document Querying: The bot accurately identified and retrieved specific sections from diverse formats, offering direct links to the required content.
  • Workload Reduction: Automated search capabilities significantly reduced inquiries and manual efforts for personnel in charge (PICs).
  • Transcription and Video Integration: A robust transcription pipeline transformed video content into searchable text, complete with timestamped links for efficient navigation.

This solution empowered employees to access critical information faster, improving productivity and operational efficiency.

  1. Real-Time Information Bot

To simplify access to critical tax information, a Real-Time Information Bot was designed to provide instant, accurate data retrieval. This AI-powered solution integrated seamlessly with internal systems, enabling efficient and timely access to tax-related data.

Key capabilities included:

  • Real-Time API Integration: The bot utilized APIs to fetch and deliver up-to-date tax information in seconds, ensuring users had immediate access to relevant data.
  • Workload Reduction: By automating the process of retrieving and summarizing information from multiple systems, the bot significantly reduced team inquiries and operational burdens.
