Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Delivery Manager to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, including
technical solution design, code quality guidelines, governance, and technical KPI monitoring.
The responsibilities will span from project planning to execution, ensuring that the proposed
plan adheres to timelines, budgets, and scope. Additionally, this individual will contribute to
pre-sales and solutioning efforts as a Solution Architect.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the development team, demonstrating proficiency in quickly
    grasping new technologies.
  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, encompassing phases such as analysis, scoping, estimations, and solutions for large-scale web-based applications.
  • Examine all functional as well as non-functional requirements to ensure that product/ project engineering meet of project constraints.
  • Consider comprehensiveness towards non-functional requirements that cater to the concerns of security, performance, maintainability, scalability, and usability of a product.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, considering both technical aspects and
  • product requirements.
  • Translate technical complexities into actionable plans for the project team.
  • Coordinate with the Product Leads to align project goals with overall product, prioritize features and enhancements.
  • Ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as Solution Design, Infrastructure Strategy, Code Quality and Versioning guidelines etc.
  • Utilize previous experience in both team lead and individual contributor roles to conduct design and code quality reviews, perform code refactoring, implement coding best practices, mentor team members, and provide technical oversight.
  • Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and traditional Waterfall methods for the development and maintenance of large-scale applications.
  • Ensure the adherence to code quality guidelines throughout the project lifecycle. This involves establishing and enforcing coding standards, conducting regular code reviews, and implementing measures to maintain code quality.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the project by minimizing technical debt, reducing defects, and enhancing the maintainability and scalability of the software solution.
  • Engage in client-facing roles, effectively communicating project updates, managing client expectations, and coordinating offshore development activities.
  • Identify potential risks related to technical implementation or product features and mitigate them.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ Years of experience in technical project management roles, in the software
  • development industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing development teams.
  • Strong understanding of various software development methodologies, including
  • Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
  • engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Experience with pre-sales activities and solutioning is highly desirable.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., ASM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
