Who are we looking for:  

Role: AVP Technology 

Qualification: B.Tech (CS-IT) / BCA / MCA 

Experience: 14-16 years 

Mandatory Skills: 

• Expertise in modern frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and popular frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns, principles, and best practices.
• Building a Progressive Web App (PWA) in the cloud technologies in AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Source Repository: Git, Bitbucket, SVN. Required Skills:
• Experience, with at least 5 years of experience in managing technical teams.
• Extremely good in overall communications and creating architecture diagrams Independently running client meetings and providing direction to the team.
• Identify performance bottlenecks in frontend code and implement optimizations to enhance user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in frontend development, including server-side rendering (SSR), Solid.js, and Next.js.
• Familiarity with charting libraries like Chart.js, Highcharts, or Plotly is desirable. Responsibilities:
• As an AVP – Technology, you will Lead and inspire software development across a range of exciting, new front projects that are a combination of web applications, integrated architecture.
• Lead the design and development of scalable, modular, and maintainable frontend architectures for our web applications.
• Define architectural patterns, coding standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and qualityacross front-end codebases.
• Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and performance audits to ensure adherence to architectural principles and best practices.
• Build and maintain consistent standards, best practices, and processes throughout the development team.  Good to Have
• Exposure to Customization in D3.js visualizations to meet specific project requirements, incorporating interactive features such as tooltips, zooming, panning, and brushing.
• Optimize performance and responsiveness of D3.js visualizations for various devices and screen sizes.
