The notification system that HelloMaaS exercised demanded some fine-tuning to render it more personalized.
Business Solution
We developed new modules, including a Playbook that provided a comprehensive view of packages and audits to the visitors and an exclusive dashboard with Happy for enrolled customers. Fine-tuned existing modules — Packages and Alerts. Overall, the existing Hello MaaS system was tweaked to enrich the user experience with additional features for both, customer and website visitors.
