They wanted to utilize mobile capabilities and attain end-to-end analytics to keep track of financial and operational data trends. They wanted to monetize SaaS solutions being developed for order management for their self-storage facilities.

They aim to provide a better customer experience to their vendors, customers, and other growing stakeholders with the help of web and mobile applications.

Successive Digital developed a SaaS-based work order management system that streamlined the complex work order and facility management processes. This system was presented as a Super Admin Web Application for the client and its personnel, a Client-Side Web Application for vendor admins, and a Client-Side Mobile Application for vendor personnel. The applications, built and distributed across several modules and microservices, enabled efficient management of various business operations such as company, user, facility, and work order management.
The applications were developed and deployed on Azure Kubernetes Services, providing a scalable and efficient infrastructure. This deployment ensured increased productivity per employee and reduced the overall cost of operating the business. The scalable apps and infrastructure allowed the client to manage and maintain different business processes efficiently, promoting enterprise agility and delivering sophisticated, real-time applications that could adapt to changing business needs.
By promoting mobility across multiple locations, the system enabled the client to achieve better manageability of their operations.
